Can I rent a car with a debit card?
Yes, at MyMoon Cab we accept debit cards for payment. However, a security deposit will still be required during vehicle pickup, which can be paid via cash or card. The deposit amount depends on the car category you choose.
What is your fuel policy?
We follow a "Same-to-Same" fuel policy. The vehicle will be provided to you with a certain amount of fuel, and you are expected to return it with the same level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, charges will apply based on the missing fuel and a refueling service fee.
Can I add additional drivers to my rental agreement?
Yes, additional drivers can be added. They must be present at the time of pickup with their valid driver's license and ID. A small daily fee per additional driver may apply. All listed drivers are fully covered under the rental insurance agreement.
What happens if I return the car late?
Returns are allowed within a grace period (usually 30-60 minutes). Beyond this, late return fees will apply. Returning the car several hours late may result in a full extra day's rental charge. Please contact MyMoon Cab immediately if you anticipate a delay to minimize charges.
